Why does Cover Girl have that awful medicinal smell?

I don't like CoverGirl because it's cheap and has a terrible medicinal smell. Will it be improved one day?Why does Cover Girl have that awful medicinal smell?
I know that when Cover Girl was claimed to be the best, it was because of the fact that it had Noxema in the mix. That is probably what you are smelling as medicine. According to Cover Girl, and Noxema, it is supposed to help heal and moisturize your skin!Why does Cover Girl have that awful medicinal smell?
I think it's the same ingredients as in Noxzema. Noxell and Cover Girl were owned by the same company at one time, as I recall. Now they are part of Proctor %26amp; Gamble.

No. Marketing sells. Consumers need exploitation.
I doubt it. It is full of chemicals and tested on animals. Try something more natural.
