My face is slightly oily and I heared cover girl is a good makeup. Is it really? Other things I have tried come off after a couple hours.

covergirl probably has the shortest lasting-time out of all the makeup i've tried...and i've tried a lot.
i can honestly say i've never tried a product from covergirl that i ended up liking. nope.
look for a foundation especially for oily skin...almay has an entire line devoted to oily skin...and if you're looking for a liner that will last all day, almay has that too. look for the 16 hour eye pencil...it's white with a black top. it lasts all day.
