I have a trouble buying make up in the past, and i read that cover girl makes really good eye shawdow. Do they make any good eye shawdow base?Does cover girl make any good eye shawdow base?
no they don't. a really good drugstore eyeshadow base is Loreal's de-crease. If you wan't to invest in a highend base, i recommend urban decay's primer potion or too faced shadow insuranceDoes cover girl make any good eye shawdow base?
No covergirl has cheap items and eyeshadows are very sheer and dollar store-ish.
