Call your credit card company ASAP and cancel your card and hopefully they haven't charged it yet
Don't EVER give out your credit card number over the phone to anyone you do not know.
If you won a competition, why would you ever have to give your credit card details?!?!?! They would just mail a gift certificate or prize to your home address. You never have to pay when you win a competition. It sounds like you've been scammed if you had to give your credit card number to collect your prize
