Maybelline by a long shot. Lashblast was super disappointing for all the hype it got. Probably would be available at walmart since they carry that type of thing. Would you pick Cover Girl LashBlast or Maybelline Colossal Volum' Express?
maybelline is the way to go with mascras i have every one of their mascaras. cover girl lash blast mascaraw with clump with not legethen wont do carp. i bought some the other week and spent 7.00 dollars on that piece of crap. i made my eyelashes shorter and it is hard to get off even if you dont buy the water proof. i think that it just has a big brush and big tube to get your attention it doesnt do crap. i tried the colossal mascra that crap is like magic. i but it on my lashes and not only did it lengthen and volumized but also made my eyes stand out and brung out the color of them also was very easy to take off. :D
