OMG yes! I have some and I stopped using it because it would always somehow get in my eye, and then I would freak, so it would end up smearing.. %26amp;%26amp; gah! it sucked badd. It stings so much!

like someone else said, liquid eyeliner gets into your eyes and it does irrate them, but that's if you're not careful with it or you're putting it on wrong. but yeah, it's irratating!!
I have been using it for a couple weeks now and it seems fine.
