In the United States, CoverGirl is available at most major drug stores; their oftest-airing ad with Queen Latifah (as of 24 October 2007) concerns a mascara with an improved applicator brush. I understand that in your area they have plenty of local competition from the likes of Rimmel, Ltd.; the U. S. brands are all imports there.
You can search a lot of cover girl cosmetics on ebay. I'm not really sure though if you can find Latifa's collection but just give it a shot!

Really tough to get in the UK. Try discount shops like TJ Hughes or Savers. Not sure if they have a UK distributor any longer - they def don't have a UK website that I can find. Otherwise, ebay...
