The Cover Girl eye enhancers eyeshadows have really nice colors, but I wouldn't really say it lasts all day. Halfway through my day, it usually creases and starts to fade, which disappoints me because the shades are so lovely. And YES they are very shimmery.
But if you want a longer lasting cheap eyeshadow, try Revlon's ColorStay eyeshadow. They actually last a really long time without creasing and they are also pretty shimmery.

i agree with the person above i have tried the cover eyeshadows and they are not great at all i have bought the new ones that are like blue, aqua green, orange and lime yellow the four in one for the summer thier new collection or whatever like u actaully have to put on 4 layers to get the actaul color they look faded and they smudge very very easily and they do last but only if u apply like 5 coatings but they are not the best i would recommend l'oreal infinite wear eyeshdows that come in duos or quads they are the besttttttttt they last all day long they wont smudge and they feel smooth and matt on ur skin wher as covergirls felt stiff but nayway try l'oreal infite wear eyshadows in any color u will love them they do last all day and most of them do have shiney or sparkly appaerance when u put them they don shine and sparke but it depnds on the colors u get as well but most of them do contain sparkle (not glitter not the crapy stuff u find in dollar stoe brands but actaul sparkle that makes them look great on ur eyes) but that depends on the color and yea thats the othe thing ith covergirl they dont have nay sparkle on shine they are just flat out colors they dont have nay vibe to it hope i helped so dont waste monet on covergirl eyshadows use l'oreal they are the best drug store eyshadows
